  • European Union countries

  • Selected non-EU European countries

  • Selected international destinations worldwide

Available shipping destinations, methods, and rates are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping Options & Rates (Europe)

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible European destinations on orders with a subtotal of €50 or more, after applying promotions and discounts.

This offer applies to European destinations only (EU and selected non-EU European countries) and does not apply to non-European international orders.

Standard Shipping

For orders with a subtotal of less than €50, Standard Shipping is available at a flat rate of €6.00.

Standard Shipping is carried out via local postal services or courier partners.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
“Express” refers to delivery time only; standard order processing times still apply.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-Day Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
“Next-Day” refers to delivery time only; standard order processing times still apply.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed according to the schedule below (Central European Time – CET):

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Monday–Thursday):
    Processed the same day and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM (Monday–Wednesday):
    Processed the following business day and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM on Thursday:
    Processed on Friday and shipped on Monday.

  • Orders placed between Friday 8:00 AM and Monday 8:00 AM:
    Processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major public holidays.

Delays

In rare cases, order processing or shipment may be delayed due to:

  • exceptionally high order volumes,

  • adverse weather conditions,

  • carrier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, delivery may take longer than the standard timelines described above.

Taxes & Duties

European Orders

VAT is collected in accordance with applicable European tax regulations.
The correct VAT amount is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination.

International Orders (Outside Europe)

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on package weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow for potential carrier delays during peak periods or high-demand seasons.
