Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
European Union Orders
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund.
Returns within the EU are processed free of charge and at our expense, provided that all return conditions are met.
Eligibility Conditions
Returned items must:

Single-use and disposable items, including face masks and similar products, are non-returnable once opened.
Items included in Skincare Box kits cannot be returned individually and must be returned as a complete set, where eligible.

Only items confirmed by SkincareBoxBeauté in the return authorization are eligible for return. Any additional products sent without prior confirmation are not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Refunds apply to:

the retail price of the returned item(s)

any applicable sales tax paid at checkout
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be proportionally reflected in the refund amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Promotions & Final Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, limited-time offers, or sitewide sales (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday) may be final sale and not eligible for return.

International (Non-EU) Orders
Return policies for international orders outside the European Union may differ.
